Check the Tread Depth
Insert a penny into the tread with Lincoln's head upside down. If you can see the top of his head, your tread is too shallow and the tire should be replaced.
Look for Cracks and Bulges
Sidewall cracks, bulges, or persistent vibration while driving all signal aging or internal damage. Any of these is a reason to have the tire inspected promptly.
